DCA is the world leader in signal processing, premastering, and verification technology used in the manufacture of optical discs. Our Cushing, Oklahoma headquarters are within an hour's drive of Oklahoma City, Tulsa, or Stillwater. We also have offices in Frankfurt, Germany and Tokyo, Japan.

DCA is involved with new format development in the optical disc industry, such as HD-DVD and Microsoft Xbox. Our company continues to grow both in size and industry reputation.

Positions Available

Senior Software Engineer/Architect

This position will be in the Engineering group at DCA, designing, developing and supporting Windows XP based applications for the optical disc and media manufacturing industries. Responsibilities include software architecture and design proposals, acting as technical leader in small development teams, generating WBS and estimates, code implementation, documentation and maintaining existing applications.

The position is based in the company offices in Cushing, Oklahoma. The position requires a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (five years). Must be a Green Card holder or a US Citizen.
The ideal candidate should have the following experience:

•    Five years experience with Microsoft Visual C++, MFC, ATL and Windows API
•    Software architecture and object oriented design experience
•    C#, VB, Interop, COM, XML/XSLT experience
•    Strong written and verbal communications skills
•    Team leadership experience and skills
•    Project WBS and estimating skills

This position requires the ability to accurately estimate tasks and adhere closely to schedules, strong troubleshooting skills, Windows XP experience, knowledge of computer hardware, and a willingness to work both independently and as a team member. Must be self-starter willing to take on multiple diverse tasks across a broad range of products. Must be able to work in a small, dynamic company environment, and address customer needs and issues arising from a global industry.


Software Engineer/Developer

This position will be in the Engineering group at DCA, developing and supporting Windows XP based applications for the optical disc manufacturing industry as part of a small team (2 - 5 developers).

The position is based in the company offices in Cushing, Oklahoma. The position requires a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (five years). Must be a Green Card holder or a US Citizen.

The ideal candidate should have the following experience:

  • Three years experience with Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0, MFC, ATL and Windows API
  • Object Oriented design and development experience
  • COM and/or XML/XSLT experience are pluses
  • Strong communications skills (written and verbal)

This position requires the ability to accurately estimate tasks and adhere closely to schedules, strong troubleshooting skills, Windows XP & NT experience, knowledge of computer hardware, and a willingness to work both independently and as a team member. Must be self-starter willing to take on multiple diverse tasks across a broad range of products. Must be able to work in a small, dynamic company environment, and address customer needs and issues arising from a global industry.

Hardware Engineer

This position will be in the Engineering group at DCA, developing and supporting Windows XP based applications for the optical disc manufacturing industry. Responsibilities include designing, implementing, documenting and maintaining existing device drivers and hardware as part of a small team (2 - 5 developers).

The position is based in the company offices in Cushing, Oklahoma. The position requires a Bachelors degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent experience (five years). Must be a Green Card holder or a US Citizen.

The ideal candidate should have the following experience:
•    Circuit design
•    VHDL/Verilog firmware development
•    PC board design
•    Device driver knowledge is a plus
•    C++ knowledge is a plus
•    Strong communications skills (written and verbal)
•    Lab Equipment (O-scope, Logic Analyzer, etc.)
